Position: Pastry Chef

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or pastry shop
• Expertise in pastry techniques, baking methods, and flavour profiles
• Strong team leadership and task delegation skills
• Good knowledge of health and safety standards
• Experience in food cost control and recipe costing
• Skilled in chocolate and sugar work
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
