Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef
  • Strong background in Western and Indonesian cuisine
  • Creative approach to menu development and plating
  • Excellent kitchen leadership and inventory management
  • Strong food safety and hygiene standards
