Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar position within a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of F&B operations and service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
