Qualifications:

  • Experience as Concierge or in a guest-facing role within hospitality
  • Knowledgeable about local attractions and services
  • Excellent communication and guest relation skills
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Customer-oriented, resourceful, and proactive
