Director of Sales

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position, preferable from 5 star hotel.
• Proactively source and nurture new all segment leads through networking and marketing.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and sales negotiation abilities.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential client especially surrounding Jabodetabek area.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Having Strategic and Revenue Management Skill.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Proficient in using computers for office tasks, document preparation, and presentations.
• Able to work in a team and open for any challenges.
