We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

  1. Assistant E-commerce & Reservation Manager
  2. Guest Service Assistant (Male)

General Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (1); Senior High School graduate for position (2)
  • At least 1- 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in OTA systems, channel managers, and OmniH PMS (1)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
  • Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Multilingual ability is an advantage
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Computer literacy, especially in reservation and property management systems
