  1. Guest Experience Manager
  2. Guest Service Agent (Mandarin Speaker)
  3. Daily Worker – Front Office
  4. Daily Worker – Spa & Wellness Therapist

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Energetic and flexible person
  • Exceptional customer service skill, good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good attitude and pleasant personality, well-maintained appearance
  • Understands guest needs and is pro-active with guests and the team
  • Familiar with VHP system (1,2)
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the same position (1,2)
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed (3,4)
  • SIM A handler (1,3)
