Qualifications:

  • Experience as Chef de Partie in a large canteen or hotel kitchen
  • Daily menu planning and quality control
  • Ingredient management and kitchen operations
  • Strong teamwork and communication
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia or English as needed
