Position: Financial Controller
Qualifications:
– Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue management
– Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
– In-depth knowledge of taxation, audit, and financial regulations
– Capable of leading a finance team and collaborating across departments
– Accuracy in financial reporting, payroll management, and cost analysis
– Quick decision-making in managing financial risks and operational challenges
– Experience with financial software, accounting systems, and reporting tools
– Understanding of resort financial operations and revenue streams
– Ability to align financial goals with business objectives
– High standards of integrity in handling financial matters
– Fluent in spoken and written English
