Position: Guest Experience Manager
Qualifications:
– 2–3 years of experience in a hotel environment, preferably in a managerial capacity or similar role
– Prior experience in international hotel/resort upscale environment
– Excellent command of English and additional languages (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) is a plus
– Strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to coordinate special requests and ensure smooth VIP guest experiences
– Proactive in guest engagement and resolving concerns promptly
