Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
– Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in hotel front office
– Strong customer service and communication skills
– Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
– Able to operate hotel PMS and handle guest check-in/out
– Friendly, well-groomed, and professional
– Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
