Qualifications:
– Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office or similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
– Well-groomed, friendly, and service-oriented
– Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
– Good knowledge of hotel PMS and front desk procedures
