Position: Executive Sous Chef
Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years experience as Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef
– Expertise in a variety of international cuisines
– Strong kitchen leadership and organizational skills
– Ability to manage kitchen operations and ensure quality standards
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience in menu engineering and food cost control
