Position: Cantonese Head Chef
Qualifications:
– Specialized experience in Cantonese/Chinese cuisine
– Minimum 3 years in a similar role
– Creativity in developing authentic and modern Cantonese menus
– Proven leadership and staff training abilities
– Strong kitchen management and food safety knowledge
– Good command of English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
