Position: Japanese Head Chef
Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years experience as Japanese Head Chef
– Excellent skills in Japanese cuisine and presentation
– Experience in menu development and quality assurance
– Ability to lead, motivate, and train kitchen staff
– Knowledge of hygiene and kitchen safety standards
– Good communication in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
