Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a sales leader in the hospitality industry, preferably with a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Comprehensive knowledge of selling hotel products, including rooms, banquets, meetings, and catering
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to represent the hotel independently in the Jakarta market
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written
