Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel (2–5 years)
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Hands-on operational capabilities combined with strategic thinking
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate hotel vehicles safely and responsibly
