Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Hospitality, Business, or Marketing is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
• Creative, proactive, and an excellent communicator
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities
• Target-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality sector preferred
• Preferably based in Jabodetabek area
• Familiarity with VHP management system
