Qualifications:

• Experience as Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen leadership role
• Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu planning
• Ability to supervise kitchen staff and operations
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Excellent team management and training abilities
