Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in learning & development in hospitality
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
