Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Duty Manager or supervisory role in Front Office at a 5-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Guest-oriented with attention to detail
