Position: Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in HR, including managerial experience at a 5-star luxury resort or cluster HR setting
• Solid working experience in Bali is a strong advantage
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to lead a diverse HR team in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
• A solid background in Human Resources Operations
• Demonstrates creativity and initiative in developing strategic and practical HR approaches
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant fields
