General Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position at a 5-star hotel
• Strong knowledge of channel management and OTA extranet platforms
• Proficient in revenue management systems
• Experience in chain hotels preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proactive, self-driven, goal-oriented, and detail-focused
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
