Position: Assistant Director of Catering

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years in catering/banquet sales with large-scale event conversion experience
  • Skilled in menu planning, function prospecting, site inspections, and event lifecycle management
  • Strong contracting, upselling, and revenue maximization abilities
  • Detail-oriented in BEO creation, floor plans, and inter-department coordination
  • Excellent client relationship management and post‑event follow up
