Position: IT Manager
Qualifications:
- Hands-on hotel IT leadership with PMS/POS/Back Office, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge
- Experience managing servers, backups, disaster recovery, and user access controls
- Vendor management and project rollout (Wi‑Fi, CCTV, IPTV, door locks)
- Budgeting, asset lifecycle planning, and compliance documentation
- Strong problem-solving and service mindset supporting operations 24/7
