Position: IT Manager

Qualifications:

• Hands-on hotel IT leadership with PMS/POS/Back Office, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge
• Experience managing servers, backups, disaster recovery, and user access controls
• Vendor management and project rollout (Wi‑Fi, CCTV, IPTV, door locks)
• Budgeting, asset lifecycle planning, and compliance documentation
• Strong problem-solving and service mindset supporting operations 24/7
