Position: IT Staff

Qualifications:

• Technical background in networks, Windows environments, and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiar with hotel applications (PMS/POS), printer/CCTV/VOIP support
• Detail-oriented in ticket logging, SLA follow-up, and preventive maintenance
• Willing to work shifts/weekends to support hotel operations
• Good communication to train users and document SOPs
