Position: Guest Experience Team Leader

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience in Front Office/Guest Relations in upscale hotels
  • Drives guest satisfaction metrics, reviews, and VIP arrival programs
  • Leads shift briefings, task allocations, and cross‑department coordination
  • Coaches agents on upselling, problem resolution, and service standards
  • Strong reporting, follow‑up, and handover discipline
