Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing multiple F&B outlets
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and menu engineering
• Proven team leadership and cost control skills
• Creative approach to promotions and F&B concepts
