Position: Duty Manager (Male)

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Duty Manager or Supervisory role in a 4/5-star hotel
• Excellent guest service and conflict resolution skills
• Strong leadership and ability to oversee multiple departments during shift
• Fluent in English; other languages an advantage
