Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as Sous Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
• Strong knowledge of international and Indonesian cuisine
• Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills
• Ability to manage food cost and ensure quality standards
• Creative and adaptable to culinary trends
