Position: Lounge Manager

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience supervising or managing a lounge/bar/outlet in a 4- or 5-star hotel
  • Strong floor leadership with hands-on approach to service standards and guest relations
  • Solid knowledge of beverage programs, inventory control, and basic cost management
  • Skilled in staff scheduling, coaching, and daily briefings to drive team performance
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication; confident handling guest feedback
