Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance within the hospitality industry
• Strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues promptly
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach
• Willingness to work shifts and on-call duties
