Position: Spa Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within a hotel or reputable spa operation
• Sound understanding of treatment standards, sanitation, safety, and product knowledge
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and schedule therapists to meet service demand
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with spa reservations, inventory, and basic upselling techniques
