Position: F&B Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in hotel/catering sales, with strong MICE or social events background
- Capable of developing accounts, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets
- Good understanding of banquet operations, menu packages, and event planning workflows
- Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in CRM or sales reporting; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
