Position: F&B Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in hotel/catering sales, with strong MICE or social events background
• Capable of developing accounts, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets
• Good understanding of banquet operations, menu packages, and event planning workflows
• Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in CRM or sales reporting; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
