Position: Guest Relation Officer (GRO)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role within a luxury setting
  • Excellent English; additional language is a plus
  • Professional grooming and engaging interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and guest recovery
  • Valid driving license; flexibility to work shifts
