Position: Guest Service Center – Daily Worker

Qualifications:

  • Hotel call center/guest communication experience preferred
  • Clear English communication; additional language is a plus
  • Confident handling of guest requests and service recovery via phone/chat
  • Familiar with PMS/telephone systems and message handling
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
