Position: Front Office Manager

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in FO leadership at a 4–5★ hotel; pre-opening experience is a plus
• Expert in PMS operations, forecasting, and guest recovery
• Strong people leadership: coaching, rostering, and standards control
• Fluent English & Bahasa; confident stakeholder communication
• Results-oriented with upselling mindset and KPI ownership
