Position: Duty Engineer

Qualifications:

• Hands-on troubleshooting (HVAC/electrical/plumbing)
• Daily rounds, logs, and PPM task execution
• Guest room maintenance and emergency response
• Basic BMS awareness and work order systems
• Shift flexibility, including nights and weekends
