Qualifications:

• Hands-on operational leadership across Front Office and guest experience
• Confident in service recovery, night audit overview, and shift management
• Proficient with PMS operations and reporting
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
