Qualifications:

• Basic troubleshooting in HVAC/electrical/plumbing and room maintenance
• Preventive maintenance routines and work-order follow-through
• Awareness of safety procedures and emergency response
• Good teamwork and communication with operations
• Willing to work shifts as required
