Qualifications:

• Experience in Front Office operations at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Professional appearance with a guest-oriented personality
• Ability to handle check-in, check-out, and guest requests efficiently
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera preferred)
