Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Prior work experience in a five-star luxury establishment will be beneficial
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in hospitality software with Opera PMS System
- Ability to work under pressure, willingness to grow and adapt to working conditions
- Positive attitude, aptitude, and system-oriented
- Indonesian Citizen Only
