Position: Service Manager – Beach Club

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience as Supervisor or Manager in the related field, certified where applicable
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and peak operational hours
• Good English communication; effective written and verbal skills
• Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving ability
• Comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced work environment
• Open to Indonesian citizens/local residents only
