Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of stewarding leadership in large-scale restaurants/hotels/beach clubs
• Flexible to support operations on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to communicate procedures clearly in English
• Strong attention to hygiene, safety, and inventory problem-solving
• Comfortable coordinating large teams in fast-paced operations
• Open to Indonesian citizens/local residents only
