Qualifications:

• Experience in guest-facing roles; 3–4 years preferred for senior placement
• Available on weekends/public holidays and peak hours
• Good English; confident verbal and written skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and guest recovery
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced operation
• Open to Indonesian citizens/local residents only
