Qualifications:

• Service support experience is a plus; training provided
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and extended hours
• Basic English understanding and clear communication
• Detail-minded with quick, reliable problem-solving
• Adaptable to a fast-paced service flow
• Open to Indonesian citizens/local residents only
