Qualifications:

• Entry to 3 years experience in Japanese/Asian kitchen prep
• Available for peak service periods and weekend shifts
• Basic English for kitchen communication
• Strong attention to hygiene, handling, and consistency
• Calm and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen
• Open to Indonesian citizens/local residents only
