Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage demanding workloads and multitask effectively
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and guests
• Knowledge of service standards, hygiene, and operational procedures
