Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within luxury hotels or resorts
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Target-driven and computer literate
