Position: Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

  • Hotel school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office/Guest Services
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Friendly, service-oriented, and professional appearance
  • Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
